AAD 205 - Graphic Design 2
3 Credits
This course explores the creative display, organization and communication of ideas and information through word and image. The design principles covered in these courses apply to all presentation media; print, computer, film/video, exhibit and environmental graphics. Course projects will require typographic skills and an ability to communicate with pictorial information.
Prerequisite: COM 112/AAD 112

Course Learning Outcomes
1. Apply traditional processes in the fields of visual design and communication.
2. Apply digital production in the fields of visual design and communication.
3. Demonstrate skills and proficiencies while utilizing contemporary hardware, software or peripheral devices.
4. Compile a portfolio of the work produced through each phase of production.
